Derbyshire-based Merchants Jewellers partnered with Lucy Quartermaine to raise money for a local charity.
The jewellery retailer and award-winning designer brand collaborated for an evening in honour of ‘Children First Derby, a charity which works with young people and families to make a positive impact in their lives and within the local community.
Merchants Jewellers showcased Lucy Quartermaine’s jewels at the event, with donations being made to Children First Derby from each sale made.
Designer Lucy Quartermaine also provided her iconic statement designs to the event, which took place at The Riverside Centre, Derby, for their catwalk show exhibiting day and evening look.
The evening raised a total of £4,300, including 20% of Lucy Quartermaine sales donated to the cause.
Director at Merchants Jewellers, Tanita merchant, comments: “We were very pleased to be a part of the night and to help towards raising money towards a charity that helps local families. We wanted to collaborate with Lucy Quartermaine as they do stunning statement pieces that gave each outfit that finishing touch. We have a great relationship with the brand, and they were more than happy to help in any way they could and helped us raise money on the night for the charity. We will continue to do more in the future for causes that are close to our hearts’
