Lucy Quartermaine has launched a new website in a bid to improve the experience for customers online.
The new and improved website, and mobile user platform, has been updated with all current designs, new filter options and an upgraded stockist page for consumers to find their nearest retailer.
The new look has come from views shared via customer surveys and Instagram polls to ensure the brand hits the right mark with its online visitors.
Feedback included the use of more visual pop ups and sliders to provide inspiration for shoppers.
Since launch last week, the designer brand has already seen an increase in traffic and purchases per day via the online platform.
Director, Lucy Quartermaine comments: ‘It was a goal of mine this year to improve our online platform so that shoppers are able to access and browse with ease! As a team we took the lockdown as a positive to achieving any goals that otherwise have been difficult to achieve with the tie we have. I am over the moon with the new website and know it will continue to grow and improve.”
