Dutch jewellery brand eyes new market with edgy women’s jewellery.

Dutch jewellery brand *DIED* is pushing its move into the UK market with the launch of an English online shop, unveiled this week.

The brand, founded by fashion designers Diederik Verbakel and Marieke Holthuis, has already established its PR company in the UK – TASK PR – but is now looking to reach a wider audience with the opening of its online store.

*DIED* are currently launching in the UK, with a jewellery collection described as "handcrafted with a contemporary twist." The jewellery is influenced by the designers’ travels around the globe, picking up trinkets along the way which they have developed into their jewellery designs.

The jewellery itself has a particularly edgy style, that will fit into a younger jewellery market. The brand uses artisans and craftsmen to create its collections, using silver, glass and gold plated elements.

The collections can be viewed online at www.diedshop.com
