Jewellery manufacturer and supplier Domino has recently launched a collection of 27 new designs to support and refresh its popular Diamond Ring Mount (DRM) collection.
The new rings, which are designed and created at Domino’s manufacturing facility in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, include a mixture of styles ranging from classic solitaires through to more contemporary pieces.
“These rings received terrific customer feedback when we previewed them at Baselworld under our ‘Created & Crafted in Britain’ brand earlier this year and our customers’ comments informed our choices as to which pieces made it through into the final range,” explains sales and marketing director, Andrew Sollitt.
The collection takes elements of the latest global trends and mixes them with years of manufacturing expertise to provide fashion-led commercial designs. Key motifs include hearts, floral and botanical references, with a focus on flowing, intertwining forms. Domino believes that these distinctive design influences and back stories are important to communicate and will support retailers at the point of sale.
Sollitt continues: “The new DRM collection offers retailers an unrivalled choice of round-brilliant and princess cut solitaires making it ideal for engagement ring choices as well as a number of unusual three and five stone designs for those seeking something different.”
All rings are available in a choice of platinum or 18ct white, yellow and rose gold. To provide a more creative and individual look, a number of the designs are also available as two-part mounts using a mix of coloured alloys.
Rings can also be supplied across a range of different stone sizes and come either unset, for customers to set with their own stones, or set by Domino with HSi or GVS diamonds. The company offers an expert in-house stone-setting service whereby rings can be set using a retailer’s own stones or alternatively their knowledgeable Jewellery Bureau team can source the required stones.
