Workshop struggles to keep up with demand for Heart and Spiral lockets

Dower & Hall reported strong trading at its retail shops over the Valentine’s period, with “a significant sales increase on last year”.

The brand said that its workshop struggled to meet demand its Heart and Spiral lockets, which were particularly popular this year.

Dower & Hall retail manager Ayla Us said: "It’s fantastic to be so busy and to be getting a healthy turnover especially in such an unpredictable economic market.

“This was in part due to the fabulous promotional offer which we decided to run for the whole of February. We not only focused on increasing Valentine sales but also worked towards capturing the attention of other purchases throughout the month with our buy-one-item-receive-another-half-price campaign. This worked two-fold with Dower & Hall staff also being given an incentive to secure those add on sales."
