Ethical Gem Fair announces tour as popular event goes from strength to strength

Ethical

A series of Ethical Gem Fairs are being hosted throughout the UK during August and September.

A collaborative partnership between three of the UK’s leading ethically sourced gemstone suppliers – Stuart Pool (Nineteen48), Kathy Chappell (Fair Trade Gemstones) and Ian Bone (Capricorn Gems-Queensland, Australia)-  will bring events to London, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

The Ethical Gem Fair launched in March 2018 and has proven a popular event in the industry’s calendar since.

The events are intended to promote the mine-to-market concept and to show clients that provenance is possible throughout the supply chain.

The gemstones on display, which will be available to purchase, come with total assurance of responsible sourcing and production.

Furthermore details relating to the source of each gemstone will be available to every customer.

The events include a wide range of sapphire, ruby, opal, diamond, tanzanite, tourmaline, zircon, aquamarine and chrysoprase from traceable sources in Sri Lanka, Australia, Brazil, Tanzania, Malawi and the USA.

Free registration for any of the events is available via the Eventbrite.

The dates are as follows:

London – August 29-30
Bristol – September 5
Birmingham – September 6
Edinburgh – September 23-24
