Exclusive seminars and CPD accreditation confirmed for Jewellery & Watch

Jewellery & Watch has revealed its line-up of speakers for the 2016 edition of the show and confirmed Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation.

The Birmingham event will provide visitors, buyers and brands in attendance with unmissable content from some of the industry’s most reputable names.

In line with the launch of exclusive NAJ short training courses, Jewellery & Watch have confirmed CPD accreditation for this content, meaning the content of the sessions will count towards to the professional development of attendees.

Each attendee will receive certification after the event to prove that sessions were attended. This training is extremely valuable and highly regarded by the industry and Jewellery & Watch is the only event to be able to offer this to enrich the time of all visitors on site.

Elsewhere Alan Springall, visual merchandiser, previously of Selfridges, will be providing inside knowledge on how to make products stand out in stores. Including a product tour of the show, where he will look at some of the best examples of visual merchandising from around the show on the February 7. Visitors are encouraged to sign up in advance as spaces are limited.

On the Tuesday, Isabella Lee from Rockin That Gem & Parla Online Jewellery, will be sharing her up close and personal successes in blogging. Lee will help visitors understand how to create online content that will reach young customers and drive online sales.

In addition, Laura Brown, founder of IntroTweet, will be discussing the presence of social media in everyday life and how this tool can generate leads and increase sales. Brown will talk about investing in social media to impact greatly on profitability. Brown will take to the stage at 13:45 on Monday 8 February. Brown commented.

The National Association of Jewellers has also confirmed exclusive seminars for February 2016 show. Open to exhibitors, buyers and visitors to book in advance, the NAJ will provide fresh and informative talks covering topics such as Selling and Displaying, Management and Valuation. JET Foundation and Diploma taster and refresher seminars will also be available at the NAJ Education stand.
