Dobinson, who is also chairman of the Bracknell Retailers Group, said: “As everyone in Bracknell knows, we have knowledgeable, well trained and helpful staff; we are now in this lovely newly-fitted store."

The new store measures 1,600 square foot and features four large window displays. The interior is fitted with environmentally-friendly, energy efficient LED, not only for the shop but also all the store rooms, staff rooms and emergency lighting.

Alongside collections of gold, platinum and silver, diamonds and gemstones jewellery, watch brands and collectibles, the shop will offer F. Hinds’ Gold for Cash on-the-spot service and a bespoke design service, valuations, repairs and watch strap and battery replacements.

The Hinds family first opened a jewellery store in Charles Square, Bracknell in 1972, which they also celebrated with a ribbon cutting.
