Flawless Jewellery has unveiled its brand new website which highlights the independent retailer’s bespoke services.
Designed and built by digital agency Beyond Local, a company local the Flawless boutique in Westerham, Kent, the custom-made website helps consumers navigate the retailer’s variety of bespoke services – from remodelling existing rings to making a one-of-a-kind piece from scratch.
Remodelling is one of the jeweller’s most popular services, and now consumers can read through a selection of ‘before and after’ customer stories, which are accompanied alongside images, and book an appointment to visit the Flawless team and speak to a designer one-to-one.
Another service which is exclusive to Flawless and now available on the website is the ‘Proposal Ring’ service. Designed to take the stress out of engagement ring shopping, the concept is very simple. First customers choose a proposal ring to propose with, which they can do through browsing a selection on the website, then, once they’ve popped the question, they can come back to the shop with their partner to design a ‘Forever Ring’. The proposal ring is then swapped for the forever ring, with the cost taken off the final bill.
Other features on the revamped site include a ‘drop a hint’ service, a gallery showcasing Flawless Jewellery’s catalogue of bespoke designs, and a video offering a behind the scenes look at the jeweller’s workshop.
Consumers can also get to know the team through the ‘About Us’ section, which includes images and text about each member of the Flawless team – including the fluffy security guards!
The Flawless family hope the website will give customers a good taste of what they can expect from them and their jewellery.
Shannon Urwin, who has been overseeing the production of the new website, shares: “It’s very important to us that our new website lets customers browse with ease, and that it demonstrates exactly what we stand for – gorgeous jewellery which is skilfully handmade to the highest quality, all designed by our friendly expert team.”
