Police Investigate Robbery At Hatton Garden Safety Deposit Box Company

Four men have pleaded guilty to conspiring to burgle the Hatton Garden Safety Deposit Company.

A total of 13 men are due to appear in court today in connection with the Hatton Garden raid that took place over the Easter weekend.

Of the 13, John Collins, Daniel Jones, Terence Perkins and Brian Reader pleaded guilty to conspiracy to burgle during a hearing at Woolwich crown court today (Friday September 4).

73 safety deposit boxes were looted by a gang over the long Easter weekend in April of this year. It is understood they abseiled down a lift shaft and drilled a hole into the side of the concrete vault wall to gain access.

The Hatton Garden Safety Deposit Company has now gone in to liquidation.
