Fraser Hart installs Pursuit software at 37 stores

Stock management and sales software links 65 till points in real-time.

Fraser Hart is set to introduce Pursuit’s sales and stock management software at 37 of its stores, linking 65 till points with real-time sales data.

The move comes after Anthony Nicholas Group, which owns Fraser Hart, installed Pursuit software at 14 of its Fields jewellery stores in Ireland, with "proven effectiveness".

The new system will link 65 till points to Pursuit stock control, back-office purchasing, supplier product information and management reporting modules, giving instant information as to stock levels and the most recent transactions. The software will also incorporate a live feed to centrally-held accounts ledgers.

Mike Burns, managing director of Pursuit Software, said: “The Fraser Hart investment is tangible evidence of the quality of our technology.

“Beyond the power to support a virtually unlimited number of access points, Pursuit has the virtue of exceptional flexibility. The core system readily accommodates unique, evolving and expanding needs. It meets today’s requirements – and it has the capacity necessary to meet whatever demands may emerge in the future.”

Pursuit recently announced a strategic partnership with business acceleration company HB Prime Advantage, a move that it said it hopes will increase its rate of growth and help drive its Lifestyle iPad technology.
