Australian singer-songwriter and actress Dannii Minogue has released a new jewellery line, Dannii Minogue for Diamonique, for petite women.
It will be sold exclusively through QVC UK , an omnichannel retailer for the UK and Ireland.
Nicholas Chalkley, director of merchandising – fashion, at QVC UK, commented: “QVC UK is thrilled to be launching Dannii Minogue Diamonique.
“We’ve been working closely with Dannii to design and create a unique collection of true petite jewellery, filling a gap in our QVC product portfolio that our customers will love!
“Dannii’s dedication to getting the right fit for the petite customer is intoxicating and has resulted in a collection that will look great on every woman.”
Meanwhile, the former X Factor judge revealed that, as a smaller woman herself, she has often had problems with the fit of different pieces of jewellery.
Minogue explained: “The lengths of my earrings are specifically chosen to fit and suit the length of a petite neck and smaller ears.
“My earlobes are small, so they don’t carry heavy earrings well – it pulls on my pierced ear and my ears turn bright red.
“I try to make sure all the petite jewellery fits properly and does not pull at the ear. Bracelets have an adjustable clasp to fit any sized wrist.
“I have never been able to purchase many bracelets over the years, as my wrist size is in between children’s and adult’s size.
“Necklaces also have adjustable clasps, so you can make them sit in exactly the right place for your body, whether you are petite, or just want to layer up different chains without them getting tangled.”
