International jewellery brand Fei Liu has announced its latest collection, Carpe Diem, inspired by the image of an exploding firework in the night sky.

In a statement, the brand said it includes necklaces, bracelets, earrings and chokers “that burst like the most spectacular New Year’s Eve celebrations”.

All pieces in the collection combine vibrant purple-aqua Swarovski Zircon Pentagon Star stones with white hearts and arrows of cubic zirconia set in shards of contrasting white rhodium-plated silver and 18ct gold-plated silver.

Within the collection come three different ranges, aimed at different demographics.

Fei Liu had younger consumers in mind when he designed the Sparkler range, while the Crossette choker, necklace and earrings were designed for the professional woman.

There is also bridal jewellery and “ageless” vintage Hollywood-inspired pieces in the collection.

The Carpe Diem line is available to order now for an autumn delivery.

Fei Liu grew up in China but moved to the UK where he studied at the Birmingham School of Jewellery. He still works out of the city’s historic jewellery quarter.
