Gemworld Munich, part of the Munich Show, is set to return this autumn after the pandemic put a stop to physical trade events last year.
From October 22-24 the industry will be able to network at the show which its organisers say will be better than ever.
Trade professionals, buyers and retailers are invited to attend the in-person event just before the Christmas trading period.
The three-day show will be hosted at the Munich Exhibition Centre between 9am-6pm.
Tickets will be available from the end of August for trade visitors and the general public.
The show also confirmed that – in the interest of fostering communication between manufacturer, trade and consumer – a new ticket has been created to give the general public enthusiastic about jewellery and gemstones access to Gemworld Connect.
Gemworld Connect is an exclusive area aimed primarily at registered trade visitors.
Managing director, Christoph Keilmann, commented: “With our concept, we want to contribute to manufacturers and retailers being able to work hand in hand to get their business back on the road to success.
“To meet and talk in person is essential – but not only within our own industry.
“In order to be able to react to the moods of the consumers at short notice, I think it is crucial to be able to experience their preferences, wishes and needs live on site.”
