GVUK has met with over 250 jewellery designers and makers over the past two weeks at a two-stop road show presenting the latest computer aided design and manufacturing technology.

Delegates at Glasgow’s Kelvin College and London’s Goldsmiths’ Centre were introduced to the latest innovations from the company, which represents Gemvision & EnvisionTEC in the UK.

Organiser Graham Dicks, managing director for GVUK said: “It really helps when you can sit down and take a closer look at the latest tools, see how they operate and look at the benefits they bring to your business; from CAD, 3D printing, casting, welders and lasers, these tools bring greater efficiency in time and cost saving while maintaining the very highest standard of craftsmanship in an ever demanding environment.”

Along with Gemvision and EnvisionTEC, GVUK also presented Indutherm, Sutton Tools, Rofin and ES Technology to designers and goldsmiths.
