Tiffany & Co welcomed a host of celebrities – including Hailey Bieber, J Balvin and Pharrell Williams – to the grand opening of its first Miami holiday pop-up and café last night.
The House has expanded on its presence in South Florida with its first café and dedicated holiday pop-up store in Miami, a short distance away from Tiffany & Co’s permanent Miami Design District store.
Celebrity supporters of the brand attended the event wearing pieces from the Tiffany & Co archive.
As the face of Tiffany & Co’s holiday campaign for 2022, Hailey Bieber made a statement at the pop-up and café opening, wearing eight different pieces from the brand’s archive.
The American model wore three necklaces and two bracelets from the Tiffany Victoria collection.
Bieber completed her ensemble with the Tiffany Soleste V Ring, a pair of mixed cluster earrings, and a pair of diamond earrings in platinum.
The Mi Gente singer sported a brooch in gold with a green tourmaline, diamonds and a pink sapphire.
Pharrell Williams paired a Tiffany Lock bangle in white gold with full pavé diamonds with a custom-designed pair of Tiffany & Co sunglasses in 18k gold with 61 round brilliant diamonds – forming a total weight of 25ct – and 2 emerald-cut emeralds.
The pop-up has been inspired by the House’s holiday campaign for 2022 which features archival designs from artist Andy Warhol, who worked with the brand from 1956-1962.
Warhol is celebrated throughout the pop-up, with bright neon accents, intentional paint spills and acrylic framed art adorning the walls, along with a quote from the artist which is displayed above the brand’s collection of fine jewellery: “More than anything people just want stars.”
Coinciding with the start of this year’s edition of the international art fair, Art Basel, Tiffany & Co commissioned artists Kai & Sunny to transform the two-level storefront on the corner of Northeast 40th Street.
Using a colourful palette of fluid and dynamic lines that come together to form a large scale piece of artwork, Kai & Sunny have created a vibrant storefront that is fitting for Art Basel.
The façade is a creative backdrop for the limited-run holiday pop-up store, which features a curated collection of Tiffany & Co’s most coveted pieces from collections like Tiffany T, HardWear, Elsa Peretti, Jean Schlumberger and, the jeweller’s newest design, Tiffany Lock.
Throughout its period in residence, the Tiffany & Co Café will offer a selective menu of light meals, coffee, tea and desserts.
Located in the Miami Design District at 160 Northeast 40th Street, the Tiffany & Co holiday pop-up and café opens publicly today (2 December 2022) and will remain open until 31 January 2023.
No reservations are required and walk-ins are welcomed.
