After 35 years in Hatton Garden, Samuel Findings, one of the leading suppliers of chain and findings since 1983, will be moving to an online only platform in the New Year.

The news comes at an exciting time of evolution for this long established company and is done with the customer in mind.

Rising rents and the change in shoppers spending habits have led to a decision to restructure the business, move to a premises outside London and invest in a brand new fully responsive and transactional website.

Muneera Nathoo of Samuel Findings shares: “Although we are sad to be leaving our home of the last 35 years, we are so excited for what the future holds. The ever-changing face of the consumer shopping experience has meant we have had to evolve in ways that would have seemed strange even 10 years ago. We will continue to serve our vast and loyal customer base on the phone and by email and through our e-commerce website and if you really miss us we can arrange to come and visit you with our products.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers over the years and hope we can continue to serve you in all your chain and findings needs.”

Continuing to stock and supply an extensive range of items, Samuel Findings will continue to offer same day postage, credit terms and free postage.

Due to the move, greater discounts will be passed onto customers and offers will become more commonplace, making it even easier to shop. Offering everything from boxes and tools to findings and chain in a variety of styles and alloys, Samuel Findings will continue to be a reliable and competitive supplier for all of its valued customers.

To coincide with the move, the brand-new chain catalogue has been released and can be found on the fully transactional www.samuelfindings.co.uk.

The website, which is fully responsive and available on all devices, is regularly updated with the latest products and prices for findings, chain, bullion and tools.
