Second graduate awards evening to help mark Academy’s 15th birthday.

Holts Academy will celebrate its 15th anniversary in style by hosting its second Academy Awards and Graduation Ceremony evening on September 4.

The awards evening, which made its debut in 2013, is designed to celebrate the achievements of the most recent Holts Academy graduates in the presence of established jewellery designer-makers and members of the trade.

Headline sponsors Brown & Newirth will present prizes to students who have shown particular talents in design and making skills, and to the business ‘Employee Trainer of the Year’.

Additionally, the new Minister for Skills and Equalities, MP Nick Boles, will deliver a key note speech at the Gibson Hall event.

Jason Holt of Holts Academy explains: “This will be a fantastic event – we are thrilled that the Minister is attending as our key note speaker. The Holts Academy Awards are our way of introducing our talented graduates to the industry and celebrating their achievements.

"We hope to see hundreds of our industry partners and friends at the Awards to mark our 15th Year and the Academy’s contribution to the industry over the past 15 years.”
