Having opened four Pandora stores in a little over a year, Jason Allum is understandably proud of the work his team has managed to achieve in such a short period of time.
He explains: “Seeing how Pandora works and the structure it has built to help make it so successful is inspirational. This has allowed Allum & Sidaway to start a restructure program to make sure we have all the tools to be outstanding in our field; from our accounts team to training, HR, stock analysis, marketing and incentivising our teams.”
Jason is also thrilled with the success of Allum & Sidaway’s Golden Ticket month, offering clients spending over a certain value a voucher to be redeemed for monthly gifts. He’s also equally keen on spoiling his staff, with a scheme in place to award those who secure high value sales with prizes, like weekend’s away and designer bags.
Looking ahead, Jason has just purchased a larger site for Allum & Sidaway’s Salisbury store and hopes to offer “something quite special” for customers shopping in the area next year. Away from work Jason enjoys a good film, which perhaps explains his inspired Hot 100 photo.
We’re expecting some wonderful ‘Is it a bird? Is it a plane?’ gags from now on…
