Jewellery brand is back in the fold of the buying group.
Sterling silver and diamond brand Hot Diamonds has rejoined the Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ).
The brand and the buying group went their separate ways last year, but Hot Diamonds managing director Jonathan Crocker belies that reuniting with the CMJ will help the brand to “ensure best practice in retailer support and sales development” as it embarks on a campaign to raise consumer awareness of the brand. He added that the alliance will be “an important way to support this strategy directly with professional jewellers as the campaign gathers momentum”.
Crocker said: “I have been very impressed with the plans that have been outlined to me and feel that the recent appointments at the executive level show a real commitment to retailer development.”
CMJ chief executive Willie Hamilton said that he is “very pleased” to have Hot Diamonds back on board following the brief spell away from the group and looks forward to using the partnership to grow the two businesses.
Hamilton added: “The Company of Master Jewellers now includes some of the most pioneering retailers and most successful jewellery and watch brands. We are looking to work closely together as a cooperative to ensure a successful trading partnerships for all our members.”
