Houlden Group members walked away with made-to-measure action plans.
The Houlden Group has described the success of its inaugural Houlden Academy, a training course hosted by Houlden retail member Robert Gatward in Windsor.
Members of the Houlden Group attended the specialised training day with each visitor receiving a personalised action plan for improvements in the coming months.
The Management Masterclass held at Robert Gatward on April 28 focused on personal management, business development, time management skills and motivational techniques, led by course tutor Amanda Lindsay, of bespoke training company 2bhr.
Lindsay commented: “The feedback from our workshops has been encouraging and positive. A particular benefit which the participants cite is that they are able to put new skills and behaviours learned into practice as soon as they are back at work.”
The Houlden Group said it is recognising the importance of highly skilled people within the industry by constantly refreshing its training course offering. Courses cover a variety of topics, including management skills, sales techniques and social media, for small groups with an emphasis on a personalised approach.
Courses run throughout May, including the much-anticipated Social Media Workshop l and ll.
