IBB overhauls wholesale ordering with new website

IBB London promises easier and quicker ordering for wholesale clients.

IBB London has improved its website to make wholesale ordering quicker and easier for retailers who want to minimize the amount of stock they hold.

The new site provides retailers with full access to IBB London’s comprehensive range of 9ct and 18ct gold, silver, diamond and branded jewellery, with the option to arrange next day delivery of item specifically ordered by customers in order to reduce stock room excesses.

Currently, IBB distributes Lily & Lotty and Hoxton London, as well as a range of fashion watch brands including Toy Watch, Lulu Guinness and Ibiza Rocks.

The new web offering also includes advanced search and filtering options, allowing customers to navigate the site more effectively.

All of IBB’s existing customers are automatically registered on the site and require only a password supplied by IBB. New customers are also able to get started on the site within 24 hours after completing a short registration process.

Nick Kovacs of IBB London says: “Coming into the busiest trading period, our new website will allow retailers to manage their stock levels more effectively than ever. When a customer comes into a traditional jewellery shop looking for something specific, our customers will be able to show a much larger range than they stock and can arrange delivery for the following day.”

Customer Paul Haywood of Haywoods Jewellery described the new site as: “An easy to use and fluid website with very clear pictures and good product information. The site is backed up by very good customer service, which makes dealing with IBB a pleasure.”

IBB London will be demonstrating how the website works and can provide customer passwords to retailers at the CMJ Trade Event in Birmingham, on August 3 to 4.
