Jayce Wong gets Gatsby fever with new collection

New collection to feature black and white diamonds and emeralds.

Professional Jeweller Hot 100 NexGem Jayce Wong has announced that she will launch a new collection at Treasure next month, the public-facing show held during Jewellery Week.

Wong has created a new line called the Gatsby Collection as a follow-up to her debut fine jewellery line, which she launched at IJL in September last year.

The new range is inspired by the Art Deco era and features geometric lines, Asscher-cut gemstones and a combination of white and black diamonds and emeralds set in 18ct white and yellow gold.

Wong has said the collection is a “fundamental move” to launch and her company and brand forward.

The designer has also recently taken up residence at Somerset House – home of Jewellery Week 2012 and London Fashion Week – where she will be able to hold appointments with her clients.

Wong said: “A passion for gemstones, attention to design detail, the craftsmanship and a sense of personality are perhaps what make our brand stand out from others.”

The Gatsby collection will be made to order only and Wong is also offering a bespoke service, should clients want different gemstones in the designs.
