Rivoli Jewellers has won a local accolade for its retail service after customers voted in support of the Jersey-based jeweller.

Taking place on Oct 10, the Jersey Customer Service Awards recognises and celebrates business doing a brilliant job at looking after consumers.

Thousands of Jersey customers took the time to nominate individuals, teams and businesses for their service, with Rivoli Jewellers securing the retail category award.


On the night, the jeweller took home the Best Service in Retail accolade.

Rivoli was delighted to have been nominated and subsequently win the award thanks to nominations from customers with fantastic stories of the team going the extra mile.

Rivoli Jeweller managing director, David Speed, comments: “The team at Rivoli were all thrilled to receive this award. We have been shortlisted for a number of awards this year, however winning a local Customer Service award, voted for by our customers, is arguably the most important.

“Great customer service is the key to survival on the high street, now and in the future, and we are thankful to our customers to receive recognition for our efforts.”

Rivoli Jewellers is a family owned local business based in St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands. The firm specialises in bespoke designed jewellery including wedding and engagement rings, whilst also stocking a wide range of brands such as Trollbeads, Michael Kors, Clogau and Hot Diamonds.

Rivoli Limited also owns and operates the Swarovski Jersey store.
