Those wanting to purchase a piece of Chupi jewellery online will now be able to book a digital consultation with one of the company’s team of experts.

This service will be free for customers to access from anywhere in the world, and has been designed to reflect the in-store experience as much as possible.


Chupi has made the transition from physical to digital services as easy as possible for customers.

Jewellery consultants are now available to all via video to take shoppers through the collections; whether it’s an heirloom ring, engagement ring, wedding band, or a piece to mark a special moment.

To implement this new initiative, the team are using WhatsApp video to connect with consumers from the comfort of their home.
