UK jewellery display manufacturer Wrights Plastics has removed the minimum order requirement on its UK ecommerce platform.

The change has come into immediate effect following feedback from jewellery retailers, and marks the first of many updates to the West Bromwich-based firm’s website.

Previously online orders at  – the company’s ecommerce website for its standard range of jewellery display stands, POS, POP, retail display and signage products – incurred a £20 minimum order value. From today, this has been abolished.

Wrights Plastics managing director, Mike Wright, shares: “We simply want customers to be able to buy what they want when they want them.

“Feedback from our jewellery retailers was that our prices were very competitive but that they did not always need or want to spend £20 or more in a single translation. We listened – and removed the £20 min order requirement. Now jewellery retailers can order as little as they need to meet their display requirements.”

As an encouragement for customers to spend a little bit more in each transaction, the company’s free delivery incentive still applies for UK mainland orders of £85 or more (plus VAT).
