Packaging specialists Hatton and Spencer are now offering a virtual consultation service to help jewellery firms during the pandemic.
The new digital service is available to both new and existing customers as part of the packaging company’s aims to reduce coronavirus disruption, and reinvent and improve upon its operations and services for the ‘new normal’ on the other side of the crisis.
Jewellers can book by email, phone, or online via a contact form. Video consultations are offered as personal, one-to-one appointments with a member of the Hatton and Spencer team.
The initial launch will allow customers to explore products in real-time, discuss, compare and pair packaging solutions and plan bespoke projects.
