Jewellery & Watch has chosen three emerging designers to elevate during this year’s fair.
Three talented designers have been given the opportunity to speak as part of ‘The Studio’ seminar programme.
The designers have hand-selected by the jewellery show for their fresh and creative perspectives, as well as their unique products which visitors would not have seen anywhere else.
Lukas Grewenig and Roxanna Moznabi will be both speaking and exhibiting at the fair, while Rachel Balfour will just be doing a talk.

Lukas Grewenig’s desire to explore the possibilities of jewellery led him to take up studies in Germany and at the Royal College of Art in London. After graduating he was able to set up his practice in the Goldsmith’s Centre’s “setting out” business incubator. In 2018 his designs were given a Silver Award for technological innovation by the Goldsmith’s Craft and Design Council. In the same year he founded Lukascaspar jewellery to combine mastery of craftsmanship with an independent design approach.
His darkly sumptuous pieces capture the fleeting glimpse of a memory by using photo-reactive materials so that images appear and disappear depending on the lighting conditions.

Roxanna Moznabi is a British- Iranian Jewellery Designer and goldsmith. Having grown up in a western culture but with deep Persian roots, she connects the two worlds and creates exotic and contemporary designs. Her pieces are timeless and authentic to her heritage.
Her work is continuously influenced by the artistic and romantic cultural history of Persian designs, motifs and architecture. She creates an elegance and charm using warm colours and fluid forms in her collections, building precious treasures that will be passed down through generations.

Rachel Balfour established her fine-jewellery brand with the belief that jewellery is much more than an accessory. She believes that the individual pieces we choose to wear have meaning and significance and are often an expression of love, loyalty and inner strength. Designed to last many lifetimes, her jewellery has a beautiful refined edge, as timeless as it is contemporary. Having trained in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design at Kensington and Chelsea College, London, she was selected in the top ten new designers in ‘E.C. One’s Unsigned Awards’ and has recently completed ‘Setting Out’; the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s prestigious mentoring course. Rachel launched her latest collection, which is inspired by the art work of Peter Max, at The Goldsmiths’ Centre in October.
