Based in the heart of the historic Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, you will be provided with second-to-none, on-the-job training in a friendly and forward-thinking environment.

As you will often be our customers’ first point of contact, we are after a passionate, personable and highly motivated person who wants to ensure their customer’s experience is always a happy and productive one.

Your role will include:

  • Sales support
  • Product advice
  • Bespoke design consultations
  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Identifying potential growth opportunities

You will be working via telephone, virtual meetings and indeed face to face with our wonderful customers. By working with both new and assigned customers and building up a friendly rapport with them, you’ll be contributing and enhancing our industry-leading customer service.

Due to the international nature of River Mounts’ business, including our successful Antwerp operations, it would be an added bonus if you were able to converse in French and/or Dutch, but this is not a requirement.

The main criteria is that you bring energy, enthusiasm and a strong desire to ensure that River Mounts continues to be recognised as having the best customer service in the jewellery industry.
