At the heart of the new site, a dedicated online team has been put in place to meet consumer demands seven days a week.

The online team understand the importance of a purchase from Laings, knowing that the special pieces are often bought to mark important occasions in life. As such, a dedicated online customer service team will be available to ensure a quick response to any enquiries. The team are on hand to offer advice, no matter how big or small the query may be and they will work with customers to confidently select the perfect item.

Customers can use the website to start their journey with Laings and learn all about the company, or they can enjoy instantly purchasing online, with the updated two-stage checkout process making it a simple and effortless transaction, designed to accommodate busy lifestyles.

Head of e-commerce at Laings, Carol Gargan, shares: “We aimed to provide our customers with a beautiful website that operates with ease, showcasing our vast selection of fine jewellery and Swiss timepieces. To complement our luxury offering our online team are available seven days a week and can help customers with any questions that they may have.”

Customer experience is always of utmost importance to Laings and as such a new agency, Parachute, was brought in to assist in building, not only a website that looked great, but one that allowed customers to shop with ease.
