The range is brightened with lead-free enamels in colour ranging from spearmint to soft lilac.

Ethical duo create collection of gold and silver jewellery.

Jeweller Leblas, which won the Coutts New Jeweller Award in 2009, has teamed with luxury lifestyle eco brand URTH on a collection of gold and silver jewellery.

The collection has been made entirely from ethical materials, such as recycled sterling silver, URTH ethical 18ct gold and lead-free enamel, and features Leblas’s signature filigree craftsmanship and is united by a central lace bell design motif.

The range, which comprises pendants, earrings and bangles, will launch exclusively at Leblas’s store on London’s Sloane Street in April.

URTH co-founder Sharon Walker said: “The collaboration with Leblas is a natural marriage. Leblas is an exciting new company. They work with recycled materials, supporting both traditional craftsmanship and new, young talent. The results are both modern and timeless.”

Walker founded URTH in 2007 and has previously collaborated with jewellery designers including Stephen Webster and Pippa Small. The organisation has used past collections to support a safety project at a community mine in Bolivia and the Tangania Orphanage in Madagascar.
