British jewellery brand LucyQ has reported record sales via its website during the Christmas trading period.

The LucyQ website saw a sales increase of 70% year-on-year over Christmas, while the brand’s overall sales for the whole of 2015 were up over 30% on 2014.

Brand founder and designer Lucy Quartermaine attributes this to increased marketing within her retailers and discount promotions over the Black Friday weekend.


Many of those who bought into the promotion were repeat customers, with LucyQ collectors drawn in by the deep discount.

Rings and necklaces were particularly popular and the Drip collection proved a hero range yet again.
