Since joining the Danish jewellery brand in June 2018, Mark Riddle has overseen the plans for growth in the UK & Ireland.

To achieve this expansion, he has introduced a holistic management process that travels from the initial sell-in through to the point of sale, supported by social media and the stockist’s online brand presence.

Riddle has also built an experienced field sales team to deliver this process and to work on substantially developing distribution of the brand.


As a result of his on-going dedication, distribution throughout the UK and Ireland has grown during his leadership, with the company securing 21 new accounts at International Jewellery London 2018 and 12 new independent retailers at Jewellery & Watch 2019.

With a strong background in sales, Riddle understands how to support independent retailers.

For example, this year Sif Jakobs Jewellery has introduced a new boxed presentation set category, launching six silver pendant and earring sets retailing at £99 and £89. Each set gives customers a significant saving on the item prices and taps into the important occasion-led gifting market, where immediate availability and keen retail pricing are key.

Sif Jakobs Jewellery is celebrating a decade in business this year, with the UK remaining one of its most important markets.

Most recently the brand has experienced great success with its rainbow-hued Valiano collection, and Zodiaco range.
