Personalised jewellery brand, Merci Maman, has appointed a new chief executive officer.
Effective immediately, Jean-Michel Ledru, is replacing the award-winning jewellery brand’s founder, Arnaud de Montille, who will now take on the role of chief financial officer.
Jean-Michel Ledru is a highly qualified, successful and well-regarded business leader who has experience in finance, sales, training, HR, operations and business management and worked in more than 25 countries in Europe and Africa.
Previously head of EDHEC’s Business School corporate incubators and programme director of its MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, the new chief exec has gained significant experience in helping structure and nurture the growth of multiple businesses. He has also been a involved with Merci Maman as a member of the board, and has been collaborating with the brand’s co-founder, Béatrice Montille, since 2015.
Merci Maman says the combination of his experience, drive and culture makes him an ideal fit for the brand’s next stages of growth.

Earlier this year the London-based brand scooped the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category for a second time.
