Expert employee engagement speakers signed up for annual Oxford event.
The National Association of Goldsmiths’ Executive Development Forum has confirmed two of its expert speakers for this year’s annual Oxford Congress, titled “Engaging your customers by engaging your staff”.
Andrew Stephenson, HR Director of sofa specialists DFS will be speaking at the Congress on the “link between employee engagement, customer engagement, performance and profitability.”
Jeff Caplan, the managing director of Storecheckers – a mystery shopping and market research company – will also be speaking at the Congress on “How to make your staff passionate ambassadors for your brand”.
Storecheckers have been secretly visiting retailers including Jewellers for over 25 years and have an extensive network of around 1,500 mystery shoppers across the country, trained to provide not only secret shopper services but staff satisfaction interviews, display audits and customer exit surveys
The Congress, hosted by the Executive Development Forum (EDF), is open to all NAG members and will be held on Wednesday June 10 at the Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel. Places at this year’s Congress are available to non EDF members at £225 per delegate.
