A new venture by Ian McWilliams, Steve Todd and Elliot Broad is aiming to foster better relationships in the jewellery industry, particularly between retailers and suppliers.

The trio have founded a new Best Practice Group (BPG), which can be found now on LinkedIn as a community for all in the industry to join.

Members of the group will be able to ask questions, post ideas and join in promoting best practice between retailers and suppliers.

The three sales agents hope that the information shared in the group will encourage closer collaboration and also promote best practice among sales professionals working in jewellery.

The Best Practice Group will also be announcing a collaboration with a supplier whose service, BPG said, will help retailers sell more products, both during periods of lockdown and when retailers are back open for business.
