Italian high jewellery brand Picchiotti has launched an updated website which in particular will show off its patented Xpandable Collection.
The new site will come with a new, password-protected B2B section for direct interaction with retail partners.
Buyers can request or check availability of specific pieces or process special orders, while marketing teams can access promotional materials for digital or print advertising, as well as social media posts.
The brand hopes the new site will also display to customers its 54-year heritage as well as the rest of its products.
The site will also be updated frequently, and will include: an interactive chat function; a GPS-enabled, search engine-optimised and mobile-friendly store-locator; as well as options to contact a retailer or set an appointment for personalised assistance.
It will also come with an accompanying digital campaign via its social media channels in partnership with ePlay.
There will also be regular digital campaigns for new collections, the images of which retailers will be able to use in advertising Picchiotti’s pieces.
