The introduction of rose gold foil printing for its watch and jewellery boxes and bags led to a successful week at Jewellery & Watch for packaging company Talbots.

The on-trend hue joins the company’s other foil colours including gold, silver and black, which can be used by watch brands and jewellers to create a perfect first impression for customers.

Talbots says Jewellery & Watch 2017, which took place in Birmingham in February,  was a huge success for the company.

The packaging company has reported a surge in order and sample requests following their appearance at the Birmingham-based trade show, and hopes this is a sign of the year to come.

Managing director of Talbots, Julie Fowler-Drake, comments: “I’m thrilled with the response that we have received to our products, new launches and service innovations at this years’ Jewellery & Watch Birmingham. At Talbots we’re always looking for proactive ways to innovate and come up with solutions for packaging needs, and the feedback and order spike that we have received is proof that we’re doing right by this ambition”.

She continues: “We want to lead the industry and be at the forefront of opportunities to enhance our customer’s brands and transform the jewellery industry. It’s the attention to detail and creativity that makes Talbots different – the continuation of work that culminates in the creation of simple, elegant, beautiful branded packaging solutions paired with modern service principles is an absolute priority for me in 2017, and Jewellery & Watch was the perfect kick-off point”.

This triumphant appearance is the latest development in a long chain of successful moves from Talbots. The company recently launched a brand new, style-led e-commerce website for 24/7 online ordering and next day delivery on ready-made items. The Customer Care Team has also expanded for 2017 onwards, with an individual account manager assigned to each and every customer.
