Jewellery e-commerce specialist Back On The Highstreet (BOTH) has released the first episode of its new video series, which has been conceived as a means of showcasing the company’s offering.
BOTH supports independent jewellers in their efforts to try and compete online, even if they do not have a web offering yet, as well as helping to support suppliers with new channels to market.
The first episode, which can viewed below via the company’s YouTube channel, illustrates the effects of lockdown on businesses without an e-commerce offering.
Discussing the new venture for the company, BOTH graphics and marketing executive, Mark Hollis, explained: “We understand that some jewellers may be fearful to enter the digital realm, so by expressing just how simple it is by video and motion graphics, not to mention the benefits to their revenue, it’ll add warmth and credence to our mission.
“Episode one is our introductory setting, so no tutorial aspect here. I am currently working on episode two, which will showcase how clients can quickly and easily add products and descriptions to their website.”
Hollis said that episode three will “focus on the ‘pick, pack and post’ routine upon receiving an order”.
“As for the remaining episodes, well, you will have to watch this space,” he added, concluding: “We would love to chat with anyone who may be thinking about a new website or even refreshing their existing site.”
