Designer also hoping to raise brand awareness and accessibility.
Birmingham-based jewellery designer Fei Liu has unveiled a fully renovated website, which he says should increase brand awareness and consumer accessibility.
The site has been adapted to offer more information into Liu’s designs, as well as simpler navigation to encourage consumers to shop, with image-led collection overviews.
The designer says he hopes sales will increase thanks to the simpler browsing experience, without detracting from his 30 retail stockists.
He said: “We really value the continued partnerships and friendships we hold with our retailers.
“We will be doing all we can to continue to promote them while taking our first steps into e-commerce. By keeping up with the latest news from our retailers and collaborating with them on store-based initiatives, we hope to maintain and develop positive relationships with our stockists and their marketing departments, improving communication and mutual awareness.”
The site features a new stockist list, with clear contact details and links through to external sites have been added, to help promote the retailer that Liu works with.
He has been hosting a number of “meet the designer” evenings with UK stockists, including Green + Benz and Justice in Winchester, where he will this week host a customer event.
