Power List 2020 nominations close tomorrow

Industry professionals have just two days left to nominate individuals they believe ought to be recognised for their hard work, innovation or special efforts over the last year.

Professional Jeweller’s 2020 Power List, due to be published in May in sponsorship with Parify, is a celebration of individuals from jewellery retailers and suppliers who are blazing a trail in the market.

In light of the coronavirus outbreak, which is taking its toll on different sectors of the jewellery trade, this is a great opportunity to shine a light on the people who are integral to keeping businesses running through thick and thin.

This could be a managing director or regional manager of a major jewellery brand, motivating staff during the current national crisis, or a someone on the shop floor who has come up with an innovative drive footfall.

Whatever the role, the list will be placing the spotlight on movers and shakers who are pushing boundaries, and playing their part in keeping business booming even during more difficult times on the high street.

Votes have already been flooding in, with many putting forward individuals they respect from outside their own business, and others recognising unsung heroes within their firm who deserve to be publically commended for their work.

Those who wish to nominate somebody just need to fill in a very simple entry form giving a few details about what makes that individual stand out. The nomination process closes March 27, 2020.

The Power List is split into the following categories:

– Retail Titans
Jewellery store owners, managers and directors inspiring their organisations

– Brand Champions
Innovative managers and directors transforming the branded-jewellery market

– Inspiring Independents sponsored by Parify
Individuals playing their part to drive business on the British high street

– Market Movers
Professionals pushing new boundaries for brands and suppliers in the trade

– Rising Stars
Emerging stars and unsung heroes of the UK jewellery industry
