Pandora executive VP steps down


Sten Daugaard resigns; will fulfil non-executive director role.

Pandora has announced that its executive vice president and chief development officer Sten Daugaard will step down from his position to pursue non-executive director role on company boards.

Daugaard joined Pandora in January 2012 and has been responsible for the brand’s corporate strategy and development. He has also been part of the Pandora executive board.

Pandora board chairman Allan Leighton said: "I would like to thank Sten Daugaard for his commitment and contribution to Pandora. Sten has brought considerable international experience to the company and has been instrumental in building the current strategy for our German and Asian businesses."

Pandora state that this change will have no impact on the brand’s outlook for the financial year, which was communicated to the market in the first quarter interim report on May 14 2013.
