Danish jewellery manufacturer and retailer Pandora has revealed that it will run a new ‘reserve and collect’ service through England’s second lockdown, which begins today.
It will be available via select stores and, the company said, is intended to offer an alternative to customers who do not want to shop via its website.
Orders can be made via email or telephone and will then be available to collect at the customer’s chosen store.
The scheme will be available in England only, across all franchise stores and selected owned and operated stores – namely Bicester, Southport, Basildon, Gloucester and Chesterfield.
Pandora commented in a statement: “The new initiative will support both store teams and our franchise and O&O network during this difficult time, whilst also mitigating queues when the lockdown lifts.”
