Pandora has announced it will be the host sponsor for the 56th annual Oxford Street Christmas lights switch on.

This is the first time a jewellery brand has sponsored the world-renowned event, which, this year will kick-start the festive season with a traffic-free shopping day Christon Sunday November 1.

As one of the most anticipated events in the run up to Christmas, the switch on will be hosted outside Pandora’s Marble Arch Flagship Store, with celebrity presenters from Capital and a line-up of the UK’s hottest talent entertaining the crowd.


The store is of particular importance to the brand, first opening in 2013 as the largest Pandora store in the UK. It will also be the venue of the exclusive VIP event after the switch on takes place, hosting stakeholders and senior politicians from across the area.

Pandora’s Christmas advertising campaign will also launch the same day to coincide with the lights switch on.
