Parify employs virtual reality technology to wow retailers

Leicestershire-based LED lighting specialist Parify will be using virtual reality technology to highlight their innovative approach to retailers at trade shows.

Starting at Jewellery & Watch, the team will be bringing virtual reality technology to the Birmingham-based trade show to enable attendees to view a selection of quality installations that Parify has designed and installed, without retailers having to physically visit the shops to see the action.

By using virtual reality, Parify will be able to show visitors exactly what they can do, and the difference their solutions have made. This will include show a 14 day shop refit time-lapse video that shows viewers in 30 seconds how quickly Parify, and sister company Professive Display, can complete a shop refit.

Having worked with various jewellers from high street giants to small independents of different sizes, Parify has an impressive portfolio and the team is excited to be able to show this with the virtual reality.

Parify director and co-owner, Scot Walker, explains “We’re always pushing the boundaries here at Parify and by using virtual reality – something which has come a long way in recent years – we hope that attendees can truly experience what we’re about and see the different our LED lighting makes.

“Through VR, we’ll be showcasing our work using different products and our specialists will be happy to answer any questions too.”

Parify’s expert team will be at Stand 18Q40 with a host of products and solutions for attendees to examine.

One of the innovations that Parify will be demonstrating is the ActivWhite Smartlight system, which allows retailers to change the colour of their LED lighting around the store with a smartphone app.

To date, the team has worked with over 1000 jewellery outlets, supplying both UK and international stores.
