PJ AWARDS WINNERS: Jewellery Designer of the Year

Professional Jeweller Awards 2017 at the Kensington Roof Gardens

For the inaugural Professional Jeweller Awards Alex Monroe has been crowned Jewellery Designer of the Year.

This accolade comes as the British jewellery designer celebrates 30 years in business, and shows no signs of slowing down.

This year Alex Monroe added Disney to the brand’s list of collaborations, which also includes Buckingham Palace and Nike, and has marked the anniversary year with a collection which captures the quaint and feminine nature of Monroe’s work with seasonal motifs.

2017 has also seen the designer open a brand new production facility in the heart of London, which he hopes will help the brand produce more pieces each year

Looking ahead Alex Monroe has big plans for more collaborations, international growth and a bridal expansion. For this designer – the sky really is the limit!

During the nomination process Alex Monroe secured 28% of the votes.
