The winner of the Multiple Luxury Jewellery Retailer of the Year award is Goldsmiths.

Retailers in this category must be destination jewellery boutique businesses that excel in sales of fine jewellery priced at over £1,000.

Retailers that have overcome hardships, found financial success in a difficult climate or that have taken an ambitious approach to growth are well-placed to enter.

All of the finalists in this highly competitive category, as well as those that unfortunately did not make the shortlist, have shown their mettle over the past year after the entire retail sector was dealt a bad hand.

The winner, however, is a Watches of Switzerland Group company that has not even for a second rested on its laurels during the UK’s numerous periods of lockdown, instead completing and unveiling extensive plans for a full-scale redesign across all of its more-than 90 UK retail stores.

Goldsmiths hasn’t just made plans, though, with the business going on to announce the reopening of newly renovated sites around the country at a surprising rate of knots through Q3 and Q4 2021.

The rest of the nominees in this category were:

Austen & Blake

Beaverbrooks

Boodles

Laings

Mappin & Webb
