All of the shortlisted individuals and many more besides have been working double-time in 2021 to keep their business offerings fresh and profitable in the ever-changing retail landscape, and any one of them would have been a worthy winner.

In the end, diamond jewellery retailer 77 Diamonds head of sales, Stephanie Steidle, was voters’ choice.

She has shouldered a mammoth workload in 2021, overseeing the opening of two international showrooms and even training new staff, all while somehow managing to meet her usual sales targets.
