Fashion jewellery brand Olivia Burton has been crowned the winner of Professional Jeweller’s Branded Jewellery Boutique of the Year.
Finalists in this category present the essence of their brand in their own physical stores.
New-comer to the branded boutique market, Olivia Burton, won by securing one vote more than its nearest rival in the race.
The British accessories brand launched its first ever bricks and mortar store in London’s Covent Garden in September 2018 and it already has consumers crying out for more.
Situated in the historic market building, the 1200 sq. ft store is arranged over two floors and features innovative and inspiring touches. Allowing consumers to fully immerse themselves in the brand, the experimental space has helped bolster jewellery sales as shoppers spend time making memories in the boutique (and of course posting about them on social media because there are so many Instagramable shots to be had!) and buying products as a momentum.
Art installations, design features, and a selfie wall are just few of the touches that bring the brand alive in its first dedicated retail space, while events take the customer experience to the next level.
