In a race involving the industry’s biggest ecommerce giants, Diamond Heaven has been named Omnichannel Jewellery Retailer of the Year at the Professional Jeweller Awards.
Diamond Heaven wiped the floor in this category, which celebrates jewellers providing a seamless customer journey both online and in-store.
Diamond Heaven started in 2004 with a mission to provide high-end diamond jewellery and engagement rings to a large audience online, then ten years later decided to open a physical store as it saw great value in both bricks and clicks.
Today the company trades from its website and four showrooms in key locations across the UK. Diamond Heaven specialises in allowing customers to pick ‘n’ mix diamonds and mount.
The online store allows shoppers to easily play with this concept, while the company has also found a way to effectively translate this in store in a way that stands out from competitors.
